All our meat is born and reared on our small family farm near Southwell, Nottinghamshire, where we have a flock of 150 sheep and 80 cows.  

Our aim is to be as sustainable as possible and provide high quality local meat to our customers. We use local abattoir and butchers to reduce food miles and our packaging insulation is made from wool from our supplier Wool Cool.  

All our meat is vacuum packed and delivered to your door. 

If you would like to order, please get in touch and be placed on our waiting list. We will let you know  approximately 2 week before delivery. We ask for orders to be paid once delivery date is confirmed.
